Every plan, every price
One charge in US dollars for the length you choose. Nothing renews, nothing is stored, and the service is the same whichever row you pick. The only variable on this page is time.
The whole list
The middle column is what it works out to per month, which is the only fair way to compare a row against the row above it.
Your bank converts to local currency at checkout. Extra device slots are added on the order form and priced there before you pay.
If you prefer it laid out
Identical information to the list above. Some people read prices in a table and some read them in a card, so both are here rather than one of them being hidden.
What every plan carries
There is no basic tier. A one-month subscription gets the same channels, the same quality and the same support as the longest plan on the list.
- The complete channel line-up, identical on every plan
- The films and series library, not sold separately
- Whichever region you choose sitting at the top of your list
- Xtream Codes, M3U or MAG portal delivery, your pick at checkout
- Programme guide and catch-up where the source carries it
- Support from a person who can change your subscription
- Activation in about two minutes, at any hour
And what is not
- Hardware. This runs on the stick, box or phone you already own.
- An installation visit, or anything to send back afterwards.
- A contract, a minimum term, or a cancellation you have to remember.
- A stored card. There is nothing on file to charge later.
If something you were expecting is missing from both lists, ask before you buy rather than after. A channel you specifically wanted, raised beforehand, is a question we can answer honestly. Raised afterwards it becomes a refund argument neither of us enjoys.
Which one should you actually buy?
Every seller pushes the annual plan, for reasons that have more to do with their cash flow than your budget. Here is the version we would give a friend.
- First order
- Buy the shortest plan. The premium is the cost of finding out, and it is small next to a year of something that does not suit you.
- Seasonal viewing
- Buy the months you need. A discount on time you will not use is not a discount.
- Second order
- Now take the long plan. The risk that made a short one sensible has gone, and the per-month price is simply better.
- Several screens
- The saving scales with the number of slots, so a long plan is a stronger case for a busy household than a quiet one.
About paying
The rest, including devices, connections and setup, are in the answers section.
What exactly am I paying for?
Access to the full channel line-up and the on-demand library for the length of time you bought, delivered to as many simultaneous screens as you paid device slots for. That is the whole product. There is no hardware, no installation visit, no contract and no second invoice. The price you see on the pricing page is the total price, in US dollars, charged once.
Is there a cheaper plan with fewer channels?
No, and that is deliberate. Splitting the line-up into tiers exists to make the cheap tier annoying enough that you upgrade. Every plan here carries the same channels, the same quality and the same support. The only variable is how long the subscription runs, and the longer plans work out cheaper per month because they cost us less to administer.
What happens if it does not work?
Message support with your order number and the device you are using, and we will work through it. Most problems turn out to be the setup rather than the line, and those are usually solved in one or two messages. If it cannot be made to work and the cause is at our end, the refund policy covers a full refund provided you raise it within seven days of ordering and gave us a fair chance to fix it first. If the cause is your own connection or your own hardware we will tell you that plainly rather than take your money and stay quiet.
How does this compare with a cable or satellite package?
They are different purchases. A cable package usually comes with a contract, a box you rent, an installation and a bill that renews every month whether you watch or not. This is a single payment for a fixed length, on hardware you already own, with nothing to send back and nothing to cancel. What cable gives you in return is a single accountable company with a shopfront and a regulator behind it. Which of those matters more is genuinely a personal call, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something.
How does it compare with stacking several streaming subscriptions?
Four or five subscriptions bought separately renew separately, each one quietly, each one rising a little every year, and none of them carry live channels. This is one payment for a fixed period with live television included. What the individual apps give you that this does not is their own original productions the day they land, and a customer relationship with a company the size of a country. If those matter to you, keep the one or two apps you genuinely watch and treat this as the live half of the problem.
