Everything people ask before paying
Written out at length rather than in one-line reassurances. If your question is not here, it is a good question, and you should send it to us before ordering rather than after.
What it costs
Every plan and the cost per month, on one page, with nothing added at the end.
If it does not work
The whole process, including what we will refuse and why.
Which device
Six guides, and an honest note on how much work each one is.
Ask a person
Order number plus device, and you get a useful reply instead of a script.
Where the line sits
Put near the top of this page on purpose. A refund policy buried at the bottom of a site is a decision about how much you are meant to read.
- Full refund where the service cannot be made to work and the cause is at our end, raised within seven days of ordering.
- We will ask you to let us try first, because most reports are a setup issue that clears in one exchange.
- Not refundable: a working line where the fault is your own connection, network or hardware.
- Not refundable: a specific channel you wanted but never asked about before buying. Ask first, it takes a minute.
- Please message us before raising a chargeback. It suspends the line automatically and is far slower to your money.
Questions, answered at length
In the order people tend to ask them: money first, then whether it works with what you own, then what happens later.
What exactly am I paying for?
Access to the full channel line-up and the on-demand library for the length of time you bought, delivered to as many simultaneous screens as you paid device slots for. That is the whole product. There is no hardware, no installation visit, no contract and no second invoice. The price you see on the pricing page is the total price, in US dollars, charged once.
Is there a cheaper plan with fewer channels?
No, and that is deliberate. Splitting the line-up into tiers exists to make the cheap tier annoying enough that you upgrade. Every plan here carries the same channels, the same quality and the same support. The only variable is how long the subscription runs, and the longer plans work out cheaper per month because they cost us less to administer.
What happens if it does not work?
Message support with your order number and the device you are using, and we will work through it. Most problems turn out to be the setup rather than the line, and those are usually solved in one or two messages. If it cannot be made to work and the cause is at our end, the refund policy covers a full refund provided you raise it within seven days of ordering and gave us a fair chance to fix it first. If the cause is your own connection or your own hardware we will tell you that plainly rather than take your money and stay quiet.
How does this compare with a cable or satellite package?
They are different purchases. A cable package usually comes with a contract, a box you rent, an installation and a bill that renews every month whether you watch or not. This is a single payment for a fixed length, on hardware you already own, with nothing to send back and nothing to cancel. What cable gives you in return is a single accountable company with a shopfront and a regulator behind it. Which of those matters more is genuinely a personal call, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something.
How does it compare with stacking several streaming subscriptions?
Four or five subscriptions bought separately renew separately, each one quietly, each one rising a little every year, and none of them carry live channels. This is one payment for a fixed period with live television included. What the individual apps give you that this does not is their own original productions the day they land, and a customer relationship with a company the size of a country. If those matter to you, keep the one or two apps you genuinely watch and treat this as the live half of the problem.
Why is there always someone cheaper?
There is, and there always will be. The price of an IPTV subscription is mostly the cost of capacity at peak hours and the cost of somebody answering messages. Cut both and you can undercut anybody for as long as it takes the customers to notice. If a price looks impossible next to everything else on the market, the usual explanation is that the service is fine at three in the afternoon and unusable at nine in the evening, when you actually want it.
Will the price go up when it renews?
Nothing renews. There is no stored card and no automatic charge, so there is no renewal price to rise. When your term ends the line stops, and if you want to carry on you buy again at whatever the price is that day. That is a worse deal for us and a better one for you, and it is the arrangement we would want as a customer.
Which devices work?
Anything that can read Xtream Codes, an M3U playlist or a MAG portal, which is most of what people already own. Amazon Fire TV sticks, Android phones, tablets and boxes, Nvidia Shield, Samsung and LG smart televisions, MAG and Formuler boxes, Windows and macOS laptops, iPhones and iPads through an App Store player. If your device runs a player app it will almost certainly work, and you can ask us before buying if you are not sure.
Can two people watch different things at the same time?
Yes, with one device slot each. Slots are chosen at checkout and each one comes with its own separate login, so the second person starting a stream does not throw the first person off. Buy one slot and try to run two streams and the second connection is simply refused, which is the single most common complaint people bring us from other services.
What internet connection do I need?
If your connection already streams HD video from a mainstream app without stalling, it will run this. Higher resolutions want more headroom, and a wired connection to your main television is worth more than any upgrade to your broadband package. Steadiness matters far more than the headline speed on your bill: a connection that never wobbles beats a faster one that drops packets every few minutes.
Do I need a VPN?
Most people do not. Some internet providers slow sustained video traffic in the evening, and when that is happening a VPN often clears it up immediately. The tell is that everything is perfect in the afternoon and unwatchable at nine at night while your speed test still looks healthy. If that describes you, try one for an evening before you change anything else.
What does the region choice at checkout do?
It sets which category groups appear at the top of your list. It does not change what you receive. Every plan carries the same line-up whichever region you pick, so choosing Arabic just puts the MENA groups first and choosing USA puts the American ones first. Ask support later and we will reorder it at no charge.
Is my payment safe?
Card payments run through a 3-D Secure gateway, which means your bank authenticates the transaction before it completes. Card numbers are never sent to or stored on our servers. We hold your name, email address and order history because we need them to support you, and nothing beyond that.
What happens at the end of my subscription?
It stops on the expiry date and nothing further is charged. If you renew from your account you keep the same server address, username and password, so none of your devices need touching, and the new time is added to whatever is left rather than replacing it. We send a reminder before the date so it is not a surprise.
Two facts turn three messages into one
Your order number, and the exact device you are using. The fix for a Fire Stick has almost nothing in common with the fix for a MAG box, so without the second fact the first reply is just a question back to you.
