A renewal extends the line you already have. The server address, username and password stay exactly as they are, so nothing on any of your devices needs touching, and the new time is added to whatever is left rather than replacing it.

Use the same email address you originally ordered with. That is what links the renewal to your existing subscription. Renewing under a different address creates a separate line instead of extending this one.
